1) To provide public and municipal services on the basis of "one window"  principle:

- Informing and consulting citizens and legal entities about the provision of public and municipal services;

- Reception of documents and delivery of results to applicants during the provision of public and municipal services.

2) To ensure edition, issuance, service and storage of universal electronic cards at the territory of the Murmansk region.

3) To act as the Authorized Multi-Functional Center for the municipal MFCs at the territory of the Murmansk region.Service areas: registration of rights and cadastre entries, registration of entrepreneur activities, besides, social support for citizens, housing, education, archiving, registration and passport records of citizens.
