Small innovative enterprise "Lotos" LTD (SIE "Lotos" LTD) was established by the Murmansk State Technical University within the frames of the federal law № 217-FZ from 02.08.2009.

SIE "Lotos" produces canned fish using innovative technologies developed by MTSU. They are based on reduced impact of preheating of raw materials while manufacturing sterilized products. The enterprise produces canned food from new and traditional types of fish: cucumaria, its caviar, ray, latchet, blue ling, polar cod, capelin, pollack, codfish, haddock, poutassou, pike using original recipes with light smoking (patent № 2222196 from 08.07.2002) and adding of aroma oil. "Lotos" LTD produces highly popular canned cod-liver.Innovative enterprise makes scientific research in the field of sea products technologies, develops technologies of processing of hydrobionts on request of enterprises.
