Ministry of Energy Industry and Housing Utilities of the Murmansk Region carries the organizing and implementation of state policy in the region, also legal regulation in the sphere of  Energy, Housing and Utilities, the definition and implementation of the strategy and priorities for the development of  Energy, Housing and Utilities complex of the region. It also carries inter-sectoral coordination for ensuring energy security of the region and the increasing availability of energy resources, the creation of rules and conditions for the sustainable functioning of Utilities and Housing services market transparency for the benefit of the region's population, while increasing the efficiency of Energy, Housing and Utilities by promoting innovation, new technologies and advanced management methods.
